    Please have the required information and documents ready before starting. Requirements vary by business type (e.g. Company, Trust, Sole Proprietor, Club).

    You may need:

    • Business registration documents (e.g. registration certificate, trust or club documents, or auditor’s letter for partnerships)
    • ID copies of directors, owners, or authorised signatories
    • Authorisation/resolution letter confirming who can act on behalf of the business
    • Supporting documents (e.g. trust deed or constitution, if applicable)
    • Licences (e.g. liquor licence and renewal proof)
    • Tax/VAT documents (e.g. VAT103 or tax clearance certificate)
    • Trade references (name, phone, email – we will contact them)

    Once you select your entity type, the form will show exactly what’s required.

    Having these ready will make your application quicker and smoother.

  • Due to our type of liquor licence, we are not allowed to deliver to another trading premise that does not correspond with the issued liquor license of the customer. 

    To help you access our wines, we can assist in connecting you with a suitable redistributor who may be able to handle deliveries in the meantime.

  • We cannnot deliver to freight forwarder premises on your behalf.
    Bookings and waybill paperwork for freight forwarder companies are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Payment Terms

    The approval of your requested payment terms specifically for credit, is subject to an ITC Credit Bureau score review.
  • In alignment with the anticipated credit limit, our Credit Control team may reach out to request your most recent audited financial statements and management accounts.

  • For urgent orders, we strongly recommend choosing Pre-payment. If your application is complete and all required documents are provided, we can open your account within 3 working days.
    Please note: the order will only be released once your first payment has cleared in our bank account.

    Requests for Payment Terms take longer to process but can be submitted later once your account is active.

  • The approval of a 7-Day-from-delivery account is subject to an ITC Credit Bureau score review.

  • The approval of a 15-Day-from-delivery account is subject to an ITC Credit Bureau score review.

  • The approval of a 30-Days-from-Statement account with a credit limit is subject to an ITC Credit Bureau score review and feedback from your trade references.

  • DEED OF SURETYSHIP

    A Deed of Surety is a legal agreement where someone (the surety) promises to take responsibility for repaying a debt if the main borrower (the purchaser) fails to pay.

    Remember that the signing of a personal surety enhances your credit application and allows the application to be looked upon more favourably, with possibly a higher trade credit facility being granted. 

  • Please note that not providing surety may result in the approval of more restrictive payment terms or a lower credit limit.
